Crisp maker Walkers has announced it has more than 150 roles to fill at its Coventry factory – both temporary and permanent.
The Leicester-based company is looking to fill the roles straight away, with successful applicants asked to start immediately.
No experience is necessary and full training will be provided.
There are more than 100 permanent roles and 50 temporary roles available in Coventry – all of which are in food manufacturing.
Walkers’ Coventry site is home to Doritos, Sunbites and Squares, with demand for these products continuing to grow.
The Coventry manufacturing facility is on the Middlemarch Business Park on Siskin Parkway.
A Walkers spokesman said: “Our Coventry site brings some of the nation’s favourite snacks to people up and down the country – all made possible by the 500 or so people who work in our manufacturing facility.”
They added: “Demand for much-loved products like Doritos and Squares has been on the rise, which means we’re looking for more people to help us make these iconic snacks.
“We’ll provide all the training; we’re just looking for enthusiastic workers with a passion for food.”
Walkers was founded in 1948 in Leicester by Henry Walker.
Since 1989 it has been part of the US food and drink giant PepsiCo.
