THIS KFC has been slammed by users of Tripadvisor as one of the “worst ever” with “greasy” food and “slow service”.
Dissatisfied customers said KFC’s London Road shop was the worst of the chicken chain’s Brighton branches, with 11 below average reviews.
Taking to Tripadvisor, disgruntled diners slammed the chain as “abysmal” with “freezing cold food”.
On one occasion, a furious customer claimed their chips were “soggy” and a result refused to order from the chain again.
The restaurant received an overall rating of 2.5 stars, with six terrible reviews and three excellent.

“Worst KFC I have ever seen”
“This was a terrible visit and I would never return.
“The cashier was rude and the place was filthy.
“The food was terrible and we ended up throwing most of it away. The only decent thing was the corn.
“The coleslaw was rancid. The chicken was way overcooked and greasy.
“Absolutely terrible experience.”
“Freezing cold food”
“Food was cold, service slow, restaurant was filthy, nearly all tables were vacant but every table was filled with rubbish and obviously had not been cleared for ages.
“One person serving, approx 10 people queuing to be served!”
‘The chips were soggy’
“Was really feeling KFC however when it came the gravy was everywhere but on the food, the chips were soggy and the order was wrong!
“This is not the first time this had happened won’t be ordering from here again.”
“Rude Impolite Staff”
“Why aren’t management doing something about these staff.
“They can see from the reviews that the public are dissatisfied by these rude staff.
“My experience was the same the evening.
“No eye contact, dismissive when told I only had cash, pointed at food, no ‘thank you’.
“Think the next step is to take this to head office.
“I don’t like paying for poor service.”
